How to Unlock the New Kadan Story Quest in Lost Ark

Here is how you can unlock the new Kadan story episode “The Quest for Kadan” in Lost Ark.

Lost Ark, the popular MMORPG from South Korean developer Smilegate, has recently been released in English after its Korean and Japanese releases. The English version, available for free through Steam, got on March 10 its first ever major update. This update adds new endgame content for veteran players. In particular, a new quest focusing on Kadan is getting added. We detailed all of the changes and new content with a dedicated story.

Seeing the Kadan story episode is endgame content, you’ll need to have cleared several other quests in order to unlock it. We listed these quests below.

How to unlock the new Kadan endgame episode in Lost Ark

Here are the quests required to unlock the Kadan episode:

Quests requirements for the new Kadan quest

• Yorn adventure quest “Let There Be Light”, found in Great Castle after finishing the quest The Final Report.
• Whispering Islet adventure quest “Start of Our Story”, found in Whispering Islet if you’re level 50+ and cleared “To The Sound”.
• Illusion Bamboo Island adventure quest “End of the Trials”, found in Illusion Bamboo Island after finishing Shandi’s Trial: Way of Courage.

These are the quests you need to complete in order to unlock the Kadan episode quest. Most of these were just added on the March 10 update as well. The recommended Item Level for these quests is over 1100.
