There are two major requirements for unlocking the Awakening quest series. First of all, you need to reach Level 50. How to Start First Awakening Quest

Once you get the message from Beatrice, open your Sheet Music and use Song of Trixion to drop exactly where you should meet her. Speaking to Beatrice will unlock a series of purple quests all starting with the codename [Awakening]. These quests will lead you towards earning the first Awakening skill.

How to Get Second Awakening Skill

For the second Awakening skill, you will need to complete all the main quests in Rohendal, which will give you another purple quest series labeled Awakening. This time around, in addition to following purple quests, you will need to complete some other quests as well to reach the second Awakening skill.

The process includes yellow quests at Facility X-301 island and exploring Twilight Isle for some side quests. In the end, you will get the second Awakening skill after speaking to Allegro in Promise Isle.
