Genshin Impact’s latest banner is all set to go live very soon, and fans are eagerly waiting for it to arrive in the game.

If you are a Genshin Impact player, then you might be well aware of how consistently the game is updated. It was released back last year, but ever since the release, miHoYo has been dropping major updates for the title every six weeks adding tons of new stuff to the game.

The latest update we have received is the 2.0 Update, and it added the highly anticipated Inazuma region along with tons of other stuff. We got some exciting new weapons themed around the Inazuma region, along with three new characters, Ayaka, Sayu, and Yoimiya.

While Ayaka has already been added to the game, Sayu and Yoimiya will be a part of the next banner. Here is all you need to know about it.

When will the Yoimiya banner release in Genshin Impact?

The Yoimiya banner will be releasing tomorrow, August 10th, 2021. As usual, the banner will be releasing at 18:00 server time, which is the normal release time for the various banners in the game. Here are the timings according to the various time zones.

  • 5 PM BST
  • 4 PM GMT

Genshin Impact Yoimiya Best Build

If you plan to pull for Yoimiya, you might be wondering what the best build for the character is. The best weapon you can use for Yoimiya is none other than Thundering Pulse which is the latest weapon that has been added to the game via the Inazuma update. Here is a description of the various perks of the weapon (via Gamewith).

Increases ATK by 20% and grants the might of the Thunder Emblem. At stack level 1/2/3, the Thunder Emblem increases Normal Attack DMG by 12/24/40%/ The Character will obtain 1 stack of Thunder Emblem in each of the following scenarios: Normal Attack deals DMG (stack lasts 5s), casting Elemental Skill (stack lasts 10s); Energy is less than 100% (stack disappears when Energy is full). Each stack’s duration is calculated independently.

Good substitutes for the Thundering Pulse include Amo’s Bow, Skyward Harp, Rust, and Hamayumi.

When it comes to artifacts, Shimenawa’s Reminiscence, the new artifact, is the recommended artifact for Yoimiya. The 4-piece set of Shimenawa’s Reminiscence offers an 18% bonus Attack which should complement really well with the character. Good alternatives include Gladiator’s finale and Crimson Witch of Flames.
