When it comes to the weapon for Kokomi, the preferred weapon for her will be the Everlasting Moonglow. Everlasting Moonglow will be available in the upcoming weapon banner and is the latest Catalyst that has been added to the 2.1 Update. Good alternatives to the Everlasting Moonglow include the Prototype Amber and Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers.

For the artifact, the Heart of Depth 4-piece set is the best artifact for Kokomi. It gives a +15% Hydro DMG bonus along with a charged and normal attack DMG bonus of 30% for 15s. Good alternatives for the Heart of Depth include the Tenacity of the Millelith and Maiden Beloved.
