GTA Connected program now features GTA 4 multiplayer mod as the latest addition with the brand new update.

As the latest Grand Theft Auto entry before the current edition, GTA 4 set a lot of the standards that you can now spot in Grand Theft Auto 5. Nico Bellic’s dark journey in Liberty City is probably one of the most memorable stories from Rockstar Games up until this day.

Earlier last year, Rockstar Games officially launched a new version of Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition on Steam, which does not include some of the original version’s features such as most of the licensed tracks and the multiplayer mode.

Thanks to modders, there’s now a custom scriptable multiplayer mod for some of the old Grand Theft Auto entries in a single program on PC called GTA Connected. The mod supports multiplayer experience for Grand Theft Auto 3, Vice City, and San Andreas. In the latest update of the mod, it was revealed that the GTA 4 multiplayer mod has been added to GTA Connected as well.

How to Get the GTA 4 Multiplayer Mod

The only thing you need to do is to download the GTA Connected mod and then follow its instructions to install the GTA 4 multiplayer mod. (Thanks, DSOG)

Before doing so, be aware that Rockstar Games does not react friendly to mods and modders, meaning you should accept the risk of getting banned by Rockstar Games or Steam if you attempt to install the mod.

Grand Theft Auto IV was launched on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC during the seventh generation of consoles. The game is now playable on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles, thanks to the backward compatibility feature. You can either insert the game’s disk on your Xbox consoles or purchase the digital version through Microsoft Store.
