Genshin Impact‘s all-new banner is all set to arrive very soon, and fans are curious to learn more about it.

With the release of the 2.3 Update, a number of new features made their way into the game, alongside a couple of new characters. Quite surprisingly, neither of the two characters was a part of the first banner, and they will be arriving in the second banner instead. Here is all you need to know about it.

The second and last banner of the 2.3 Update is all set to release on the 14th of December, 2021. This will also mark the last banner of 2021, as we will directly be getting the next update after this, which will be arriving in the first week of January. Here are the release timings of the banner.

  • 15:00 PT
  • 17:00 GMT
  • 18:00 ET

Since this is not an update as such, players will just be getting the new banners at that time. There will not be any maintenance or downtime as such, so one doesn’t need to wait to get access to the new banners.

When it comes to 4-star characters in the banner, it will be including Gorou, Barbara, and Xiangling. The inclusion of Barbara is something that didn’t go down too well with fans, as they were expecting some other character in its place instead.

Should you pull for the Itto banner? Well, it depends. If you really want a new character, then it is a pretty good pull considering that one of the 4-star characters is Gorou, the latest character in the 2.3 Update. With both Itto and Gorou being a part of the banner, it makes it a pretty good pull. For others, they might want to wait for the rumored Zhongli banner.
