Among Us Servers Down Status Explained (March 26th 2022)

Among Us fans are having quite a rough past few days, as the game is having server issues.

The past year has been quite a dream for Among Us. While the game was released a few years back, it was not as popular then. However, things turned around last year with millions of players playing it on a daily basis. A few weeks ago, it was revealed that the game boasted a whopping 2 million daily players on PC.

The developers announced that they will be working on a sequel to the game after its massive popularity. However, they decided to change their plans later on and work on the existing game itself.

Are Among Us Servers Down Today?

Many players are not able to play the title due to server issues in the game. Currently, the game’s server is down which is preventing players from playing it online. This is the second time in the past few days that the game’s servers have been down. The exact reason for it is due to a DDOS. A DDOS is basically when somebody sends too many requests to a server, causing it to overload.

When Will It Be Back Up?

As of now, the developers have only mentioned that they are working on fixing the servers. No time frame has been mentioned as yet, so players should brace themselves for a few hours since it usually takes some time for the servers to go back up.
